Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, I grew up in a Filipino household where gifting wasn't a formality, it was a language. Pasalubong, the tradition of bringing something back for loved ones after every trip, was just the beginning. You never arrived empty-handed. You remembered what people liked. You paid attention. Long before I understood business, I understood that a thoughtful gesture could strengthen a relationship in ways that words sometimes couldn't.

That foundation quietly shaped everything that came after.

I spent over five years in education, learning how people grow, how trust is built, and how communication, real communication, changes outcomes. From there, I moved into sales and spent the better part of a decade rising to VP-level leadership at The Money Source, a national mortgage servicer. At that level, success had nothing to do with pressure or pitch, it was about reading people, earning trust, and understanding what someone needed before they said it out loud.

Two careers. One through line: relationships are everything.
